ARGUMENT(S)

Applicant requests that the Examiner remove the pending  application from suspension.  It was suspended pending resolution of application Serial Number 85665951 for the mark SYNCHROPHY.  That application was abandoned on August 24, 2015, because the applicant failed to file for a statement of use or an extension of time.  The two month period in which to file a request for reinstatement has expired.  It is requested that the suspension of this application be terminated and prosecution reinstated.  

The referenced serial number(s) 85665951 has/have now abandoned/cancelled/expired. I am requesting removal of this application from suspension for consideration by the examining attorney.
