The application erroneously listed Registrant as a Kentucky corporation. In fact, there is no entity in existence now or at any time during the life of the registration that was or is organized under the name Toyota Material Handling Midwest, Inc. in Kentucky. All actions taken since have been taken on behalf of the true owner of the subject trademark, Toyota Material Handling Midwest, Inc., an corporation organized in the State of DELAWARE. In accordance with TMEP 1201.02(c)(7), Registrant requests the correction of this good faith error and requests that the record be corrected to reflect the corresponding details of the Registrant, Toyota Material Handling Midwest, Inc., an corporation organized in the State of Delaware.
