As we discussed, in reviewing your client’s application, I found a number of pending applications and registrations which utilize the wording GREENLIGHT in various forms, any one of which could serve as a bar to the registration of your mark. However, in revising your identification of goods and services, I believe we can navigate around each of these prior applications/registrations. To that end, we discussed amending the identification to read as follows:
