In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

This Response is in reply to the Office Action dated February 12, 2015.  The Applicant has considered the remarks of the Examining Attorney, and responds to the requests as follows:

Applicant states that “UNSTOPPABLE” has not been used as a varietal or cultivar name.

Applicant also states that “UNSTOPPABLE” has not been used in connection with a plant patent, utility patent, or certificate for plant-variety protection.

Applicant trusts this Response satisfies the concerns of the Examining Attorney.
