The Office has reassigned this application to the undersigned trademark examining attorney.
This Office action concerns applicant’s response filed on January 7, 2016.
The trademark examining attorney notes that applicant has amended its identifications to delete the goods and services that were subject to a Section 2(d) refusal in the previous Office actions. As such, the Section 2(d) refusal is hereby WITHDRAWN. See TMEP §§713.02, 714.04.
APPLICATION HAS BEEN AMENDED: In accordance with the authorization granted by James Slattery on January 19, 2016, the trademark examining attorney has amended the application as indicated below. Please advise the undersigned immediately of any objections. Otherwise, no response is necessary. TMEP §707.
