Subject: Trademark Office Response Inquiry for SERIAL NO. 86368787
Hello Ingrid,
I would like to explain that Celerity is a software platform for “Analyzing educational tests scores and data for others”. The platform includes various analytical software engines and is content agnostic. Right now, it powers eMath.com but in the future it may power many other subject-matter applications, such as English, accounting, finance…
Just as Yahoo Japan is powered by Google, which provide search engine software services for others, Celerity powers eMath now and can power many other web applications with its analytical software engines and platform for “Analyzing educational tests scores and data for others”.
I hope this help clarify your concern. Please let me know if this explanation is adequate for the Office Response.
Thank you for your help.
Warmest regards,
Emerald Wang
