I spoke with Angela Pantaleone about this application back in mid-August. 

 

I issued a non-final Office action requiring the applicant to make some minor corrections to the product description and referencing two earlier filed applications for UMBRELLA marks for the same or related goods.  As I explained to Angela, you have six months from the date of that letter (i.e., until 1/24/15) in which to respond.  The two referenced earlier applications are still live, so procedurally, once you correct the description of your products, I would suspend your application pending the final outcome of those two earlier UMBRELLA applications.

Happy Holidays to you.... I'm Dave Pantaleone with Umbrella Product Technology's in NJ, we are doing a line of hair care products. We have applied for trademark and I see as of 12/21/14 we are up on the site there for the trademark. I'm hopeful that we can get this confirmed as a go... I'm not sure where we are in the process or what we need to do next to make it go through so here is our serial number and maybe you can help guild me to what needs to be done next...
