The owner of the registration states that when it initially filed the application maturing into the subject registration, it inadvertently misspelled the owner's name. This error occurred in good faith and not with any bad or fraudulent intent. The Section 7(h) Request seeks to correct the good faith error with the name of the owner properly spelled.
