To the Commissioner for Trademarks:

Application serial no. 86014249 ADOBE(Standard Characters, see http://uspto.report/TM/86014249/mark.png) has been amended as follows:

CLASSIFICATION AND LISTING OF GOODS/SERVICES
Applicant hereby adds the following class of goods/services to the application:
New: Class 035 for Computer services, namely, providing consultation services and technical information in the fields of digital marketing and advertising; survey design and research in the fields of advertising and marketing campaigns and analysis; providing technical support services in the nature of troubleshooting in the fields of digital marketing and advertising
Filing Basis: Section 1(a), Use in Commerce: The applicant is using the mark in commerce, or the applicant's related company or licensee is using the mark in commerce, on or in connection with the identified goods and/or services. 15 U.S.C. Section 1051(a), as amended. The mark was first used at least as early as 09/03/2008 and first used in commerce at least as early as 09/03/2008 , and is now in use in such commerce.
Applicant hereby submits a specimen for Class 035 . The specimen(s) submitted consists of screen shot of Applicant's website showing use of the Mark with the services .

Applicant has resolved all issues in the Office Action through discussions with the Examining Attorney and anticipates the issuance of an Examiner's Amendment. Applicant submits this response solely to authorize the Examining Attorney to charge the USPTO Account of Applicant's attorney for the additional class fee to add Class 35 to the application.
