The application is amended to a multiple-class application with the addition of International Class 35.  Receipt of the additional filing fee is hereby acknowledged.  The specimens provided with the original application show use of the mark in connection with services in both Classes 35 and 42, so no additional specimen is required.  The applicant states that the dates of use are the same for both classes of services, so no declaration in support of the dates of use for Class 35 is required.

The identification/classification of services is amended as follows:

The services “computer services, namely providing consultation services and technical information in the fields of digital marketing and advertising” are reclassified in International Class 35.

The wording “website consulting services, namely” is inserted before the wording “tracking, analyzing, evaluating, and advising others regarding website design, implementation, usability, functioning, performance, and optimization.”

The period after the wording “keyword search performance and creation” is replaced with a semi-colon.

The word “providing” is inserted between the wording “application service provider (ASP), namely” and the wording “computer search engine software.”

The services “survey design and research in the fields of advertising and marketing campaigns and analysis” are reclassified in International Class 35.

The period after the wording “survey design and research in the fields of advertising and marketing campaigns and analysis” is replace with a semi-colon.

The services “providing access to computer bulletin boards” are deleted from the application.

The services “providing technical support services in the nature of troubleshooting in the fields of digital marketing and advertising” are reclassified in International Class 35.

The application will now proceed to publication.
