EXAMINER’S AMENDMENT
ISSUE/MAILING DATE: 3/26/2014
APPLICATION HAS BEEN AMENDED: In accordance with the authorization granted by Lynne Graybeal on March 24 2014, the trademark examining attorney has amended the application as indicated below. Please advise the undersigned immediately of any objections. Otherwise, no response is necessary. TMEP §707. Any amendments to the identification of goods and/or services may clarify or limit the goods and/or services, but may not add to or broaden the scope of the goods and/or services. 37 C.F.R. §2.71(a); see TMEP §§1402.06 et seq.
The application is amended to a multiple-class application with the addition of International Class 35. Receipt of the additional filing fee is hereby acknowledged. The specimens provided with the original application show use of the mark in connection with services in both Classes 35 and 42, so no additional specimen is required. The applicant states that the dates of use are the same for both classes of services, so no declaration in support of the dates of use for Class 35 is required.
The identification/classification of services is amended as follows:
The services “computer services, namely providing consultation services and technical information in the fields of digital marketing and advertising” are reclassified in International Class 35.
The period after the wording “survey design and research in the fields of advertising and marketing campaigns and analysis” is replace with a semi-colon.
The services “providing access to computer bulletin boards” are deleted from the application.
The application will now proceed to publication.
