APPLICATION HAS BEEN AMENDED:  The trademark examining attorney is amending the application as follows.  No prior approval or authorization from applicant or applicant’s attorney is required.  TMEP §707.02.

 

 

Classification of Services

 

The application is amended to correct the classification of the services currently listed in International Class 45.  That class is amended to International Class 42.  TMEP §1401.03(b); see 37 C.F.R. §2.85.  Any other class(es) will remain unchanged by this amendment. 

 

Being that the examining attorney incorrectly advised applicant as to the classification of these services, applicant is being issued a refund for unnecessary International Class 45.
