To the Commissioner for Trademarks:

Examiner requested additional information regarding whether the goods are manufactured, packaged, shipped from, sold in or have any other connection with Shaftesbury, a town in Dorset, England. Applicant does not have any connection to the town in Dorset, England, but Applicant had started a music store in the 1960s on Shaftesbury Ave in London, which is where this name originates from.
