The following description of the mark is added to the record:

 

The mark consists of the word “CABALLERO” in black. The letter “O” contains a black barbeque grill across the center of the letter above a black firepit covered in red coals. A thick, curved line of smoke begins directly above the barbeque grill and ends above the “O.”
