An upside down mirror image of the circle with the angel begins at the lower section of the center of the wheel. The wheel and circles with the angels are centered in a vertical rectangle filled with polka dots and surrounded by a decorative frame. The corners of the frame are covered by merangels with the outer section of the card surrounding the framed section consisting of decorative elements with decorative hearts with flowers inside the hearts in the middle of each side of the card with decorative swirls, scrolls, flowers, and dots surrounding the hearts, flowers, and merangels. The outside of the card consists of two tool lines with the outer tool line being twice the size of the inner tool line.
