DESCRIPTION OF THE MARK: The following AMENDED description of the mark is added to the record:

 

“The mark consists of a vertical green lined rectangle with the stylized wording "SAMSUNG" in the color blue and "GREEN MEMORY" in the color green stacked on top of each other, with a design of two leaves in green and light green below the words; the interior of the upper portion of the rectangle is white and the lower portion of the rectangle has a yellow and light green band and is filled in with the color green and has the stylized word "SAMSUNG" in white with a blue filled oval surrounding it”.
