In response to an office action issued in applicant’s co-pending Application Serial No. 85300404, the following goods have been move from SN 85300404 to this Class 9 application: 

 

“Hand-held units for playing electronic game for use with external display screen or monitor.”

 

The identification of goods is amended to read as follows:

 

“Hand-held units for playing electronic game for use with external display screen or monitor; Pre-recorded audio cassettes, phonograph records, compact discs, pre-recorded video cassettes, laser video discs, CD-ROM discs all featuring mixed marts arts competitions, events and programs; eyeglasses; sunglasses.”
