DATABASE SEARCH: The trademark examining attorney has searched the USPTO’s database of registered and pending marks and has found no conflicting marks that would bar registration under Trademark Act Section 2(d). TMEP §704.02; see 15 U.S.C. §1052(d).
APPLICATION HAS BEEN AMENDED: In accordance with the authorization granted by Danica Acosta on May 30, 2012, the trademark examining attorney has amended the application as indicated below. Please advise the undersigned immediately of any objections. Otherwise, no response is necessary. TMEP §707. Any amendments to the identification of goods and/or services may clarify or limit the goods and/or services, but may not add to or broaden the scope of the goods and/or services. 37 C.F.R. §2.71(a); see TMEP §§1402.06 et seq.
The identification of goods is amended to read as follows:
“Optical disc players and recorders; home theatre entertainment systems comprising DVD/BD players, audio amplifiers, audio speakers, sound bars, and MP3 docking stations; home and portable audio electronic docking stations; radios incorporating clocks; digital photo frames for displaying digital pictures, video clips and music; vehicle adaptor connecting electrical cables; cell phone battery chargers for use in vehicles; USB cables; rechargeable electric batteries; wireless accessories, namely, hands-free kits comprising a microphone, speaker, headset, battery charger, car adaptors, USB cables, head-clip cell phone holders; mobile phone and cell phone carrying cases and pouches; mobile phone and cell phone battery chargers; wireless cellular phone headsets; wired telephone headsets; media storage equipment, namely, flash memory card, blank CDs and DVDs; CD recorders and players; DVD recorders; gaming accessories, namely, video game cartridges, hand held joy stick units for playing video games,” in International Class 009.
