Response to Office Action for Post-Registration Matters

The registrant received a Post Registration Office Action, issued on January 16, 2018, for an audit to assess and promote the accuracy and integrity of the trademark register.

 

The registrant respectfully submits the attached specimens showing current use of the registered mark in commerce for the following goods:

•video game controllers

 

The registrant has also attached a Form Declaration Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. §2.20.
