Miscellaneous Statement
A Section 8 & 9 renewal was filed on June 16, 2020 for the registration for PROVIDER Reg. No. 3977440 but the USPTO processed the filing with the wrong owner information. The USPTO erroneously lists the owner as of the registration as SHANDONG LINGLONG TYRE CO., LTD. However, a corrective assignment filed on 3/23/2018 transferred ownership of the registration to TRANS-TEXAS TIRE, LLC, but the USPTO never updated the TEAS system to show TRANS-TEXAS TIRE, LLC as the owner. Please see the attached chain of title and the attached assignment reel number 6319/0801 recorded on 3/23/2018 confirming that TRANS-TEXAS TIRE, LLC is the owner of the registration. The actual owner of the registration is TRANS-TEXAS TIRE, LLC, and based on the foregoing, (1) the registration information should be updated in the USPTO database accordingly to reflect that the owner of the registration is TRANS-TEXAS TIRE, LLC, and (2) the renewal should be processed as filed by the owner TRANS-TEXAS TIRE, LLC.
