I would like to resolve the issue with our trademark application for ManPower (application Serial # 85134429). Our application had an error that listed our company as a partnership. It is actually an LLC so the application should be changed to read limited liability.

 

I was informed by Donna Sweede (on cc) that you needed verification from a corporate officer to make this change. I am an officer of the company and an owner who is empowered to make this decision. What is the best way to make this change? Is this email sufficient? Do I need to call or write a letter?
