This Office action is in response to applicant’s communication filed on January 13, 2011.

 

The Section 2(d) refusals, requirement for an acceptable amended identification and requirement for information are continued and maintained.  Applicant did not make any attempt to respond to these issues.

 

Applicant Must Submit A New Drawing

 

Applicant must submit a new drawing with the registered trademark symbol deleted because it is not part of the mark.  See TMEP §§807.02, 807.14(a).
