I have now had an opportunity to confer with my client and their “medial lamps” encompass both “medical examination lamps” and “medical operating lamps”. Therefore, we authorize amending the Identification of Goods to reflect “…medical lamps, namely, medical examination lamps, medical operating lamps…”
We are also attaching a black and white version of the mark to replace the current drawing.
We would be grateful if you confirm whether you remain able to enter these changes by Examiner’s Amendment.

Good afternoon Ms. Rackiewicz,
I am following up on our conversation regarding an application that you submitted: SN 79291932 – GODOX.
As we discussed, there are two issues with the application that can be resolved with an Examiner’s Amendment:
First, further clarification is required for goods in Class 10, specifically:
Class 10: “Sterilized medical instruments for cutting tissue, percutaneous tracheostomy; medical lamps, namely, {applicant to specify type of medical lamps, e.g., medical examination lamps, medical operating lamps, etc.}; surgical lamps; dental apparatus and instruments, namely, prophy angles, oral irrigators, crown and bridge removers; filters for ultraviolet rays, for medical purposes; ultraviolet ray lamps for medical purposes; gloves for medical purposes; feeding bottles; orthopedic articles, namely, walkers, braces, shoes; suture materials”
Second, a substitute black and white mark drawing is required. You may send me a JPEG file of a substitute drawing to this email address.
