In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

The mark in the international registration meets the USPTO's requirements for a standard character claim; however, the extension of protection failed to set forth a standard character claim in that application.  Applicant respectfully requests that the mark be amended to standard characters without any claim to a particular font style, size, or color.
