Upon further examination of the application, the examining attorney has determined the following.

 

Identification of Services

The wording “retail gasoline station services” used to describe the services needs clarification because it does not identify the services with the accuracy required for classification.  Applicant may adopt the following identification of services, if accurate. 

 

Retail gasoline supply services featuring gasoline pumps in International Class 035.

 

TMEP §1402.01.
