Pursuant to TMEP Section 707.02, the application has been AMENDED as indicated below. Please note that if the identification of goods or services has been amended below, any future amendments must be in accordance with 37 C.F.R. 2.71(a); TMEP section 1402.07(e). No response is necessary unless there is an objection to the amendment. If there is an objection to the amendment, the applicant should notify the examining attorney immediately.
As stated in the final action, the wording “knitwear” is indefinite and requires additional specificity of the knitwear goods. In accordance with the partial abandonment procedure, the wording “knitwear” is being deleted from the identification of goods.
The identification of goods is amended to read as follows:
Class 025: Clothing and accessories, namely, men's shirts, pants, jackets, t-shirts, sweatshirts and sweatpants; women's blouses, t-shirts, sweatshirts, sweatpants, skirts, scarves, pants, dresses and jackets; and men's and women's shoes, belts, hats, sweaters, and gloves. TMEP §1402.01
