Significance- In response to the Examiner's query, "cursor on target" has no established significance in the relevant trade or industry. However, as applied to the services it is intended to indicate the transparency of the connection between the pointing to an object on a computer screen and aiming devices. 2. Other: The Examiner is correct that Applicant attempted to register the mark in standard characters. Any further description or attempt at color claim were inadvertant, incorrect and unnecessary. Therefore, Applicant hereby withdraws such further description or attempt at color claim. |
