The Office records have been searched and there are no similar registered or pending marks that would bar registration under Trademark Act Section 2(d), 15 U.S.C. §1052(d). TMEP §704.02.

 

Translation Required

 

Applicant must submit an English translation of all foreign wording in the mark.  37 C.F.R. §2.32(a)(9); see TMEP §809.  In the present case, the wording “SULWHASOO” requires translation.

 

The following translation statement is suggested:  “The English translation of SULWHASOO in the mark is snow flower excellence.”  TMEP §809.03.

 

Claim of Ownership

 

If applicant is the owner of U.S. Registration No. 2764970, then applicant must submit a claim of ownership.  See 37 C.F.R. §2.36; TMEP §812.  The following standard format is suggested:
