Identification Of Services
The identification of services is amended to read as follows:
“Providing a website featuring company background business information,” in International Class 35;
“Providing a website featuring securities trade data and financial information,” in International Class 36;
“Development, maintenance and administration for others of an online computer information system featuring company background information, legal document filing information, securities trade data, financial information, and regulatory compliance information,” in International Class 42; and
“Providing a website featuring legal document filing information and regulatory compliance information,” in International Class 45.

Applicant Must Submit An Additional Fee
Applicant has added 3 additional classes via the examiner’s amendment above and must therefore submit the required additional fee. 37 C.F.R. §2.86(a)(2); TMEP §§810.01, 1403.01.
The filing fee for adding classes to an application is as follows:
(1) $325 per class, when the fees are submitted with a response filed online via the Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) at http://www.gov.uspto.report/teas/index.html; or
(2) $375 per class, when the fees are submitted with a paper response.
