RESPONSE TO POST-REGISTRATION OFFICE ACTION

This Response to Post-Registration Office Action responds to the Office Action dated December 13, 2019, for the above-referenced trademark application.

REMARKS

The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has objected to the specimen of use submitted with the Section 8 Affidavit on October 30, 2019, for showing the Mark in black and white rather than in black and light green, as shown in the registration.  In response, the Registrant submits herewith a substitute specimen showing the Mark in black and light green as shown in the registration.  The Registrant asserts that the substitute specimen was in use in commerce during the relevant period for filing the 10-year Section 8.

CONCLUSION

The Registrant believes that the foregoing responds to all issues raised in the Post-Registration Office Action dated December 13, 2019, and respectfully requests acceptance of the Section 8 Affidavit.
