The identification of goods/services is amended to substitute the following portions of the recitation for portions of the recitation currently in the record as follows:

Delete: Electronic publications, namely, newsletters sent via e-mail featuring information in the field of electronic commerce

Amend to: Downloadable electronic publications, namely, newsletters sent via e-mail featuring information in the field of electronic commerce

International Class 41

Delete: Career consultancy, career-change consultancy, and providing information thereon

Amend to: Career counseling services

International Class 42

Delete: providing information on Internet search engines

Amend to: computer services, namely, providing search engines for obtaining data via the Internet

International Class 43

Delete: Providing information on places for the weddings and banquets

Amend to: Providing information about facilities for holding weddings and banquets

International Class 44

Delete: Providing information on bath houses

Amend to: providing information about the efficacy of medical treatments available in bath houses.
