The identification of goods is indefinite and must be clarified because the goods must be identified with more specificity. See TMEP §1402.01. Applicant may adopt the following identification, if accurate: Measuring device for measuring a particular chemical parameter, namely, the pH and reserve alkalinity values in hydraulic liquids (in International Class 9).
