Translation of Foreign Wording in the Mark
Applicant must submit an English translation of all foreign wording in the mark. TMEP §809; see 37 C.F.R. §§2.32(a), 2.61(b). In the present case, the wording “WIKI” requires translation.
The following translation statement is suggested: “The English translation of WIKI in the mark is QUICK.” TMEP §809.02.
