International Class 35 Deleted

 

At the request of the applicant, the services identified in International Class 35 are hereby deleted from the application.

 

As discussed, Registration Number 2672688 has abandoned; therefore, the refusal to register the proposed mark based on Section 2(d) of the Trademark Act is hereby withdrawn.

 

As all outstanding issues have been resolved, the present application will proceed to publication.
