PARTIAL ABANDONMENT – NO RESPONSE TO OFFICE ACTION
The application will proceed with the following identification:
Class 9 - Electronic device, namely an onboard electronic data collection device which monitors, records and transmits information regarding the location, vehicle diagnostics, and operation of the vehicle through a GPS signal and data from the ECU, reports data through online website, and initiates alerts based on customized settings to users through e-mail or SMS;
The remaining portion of the identification that was the subject of the partial refusal(s) and/or requirement(s) will be deleted from the application.
Applicant may petition to revive the portion of the application that abandoned, if the failure to respond was unintentional.
