EXPLANATION OF FILING

The Section 7 Request is for the correction of an inadvertent error in the manner in which the owner's name is set forth. The owner is "Water Technology, LLC" (a Delaware Limited Liability Company) which does business as "Water Tech." The owner informally refers to itself as "Water Tech." When the application for registration was filed, the owner's name was incorrectly listed as "Water Tech, LLC" instead of the correct "Water Technology, LLC." Water Tech, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, did not exist as a legal entity on the application filing date. The owner requests a new certificate be issued.
