Applicant hereby submits a new specimen for Class 042.
The specimen(s) submitted consists of The PDF file is a brochure for the annual user conference provided as part of the design, programming and maintenance services. The JPG file is an advertisement for an internet based class for users provided as part of the software maintenance services.

As requested in the pending Office Action, applicant instructs the examining attorney delete the Section 2(f) claim of acquired distinctiveness based on her finding of inherent distinctiveness.
