RESPONSE TO OFFICE ACTION – dated September 21, 2007 Serial Number: 77000769 Mark: MEET (second e is backwards) Applicant: Global Publishing Sales LLC Filing Date: September 15, 2006 Examining Attorney: Tejbir Singh Law Office: 106 Summary of Office Action: In the above referenced Office Action, the Examining Attorney stated that color claim and location statement disagree with the color drawing. Below please find a corrected color claim. Color Claim: The colors white, black, and blue are claimed as a feature of the mark. The mark consists of a stylized MEET in which the M is capitalized and the remaining letters are lower case, all of the letters are placed so closely together that there is no space in between the letters, and the second e is backwards. This wording appears in white color, and the background consists of a rectangular design shape in blue color, with one white border outline and one black border outline. Conclusion: If the Examining Attorney has any further questions or if additional materials are required, he is encouraged to contact the undersigned.
