Amendment of Identification of Goods and/or Services

 

The identification of goods and/or services is amended to read as follows:  “Games and playthings, namely, beanbags, trading card games; toys, namely, toy jewelry, toy robots; and puzzles.”  See TMEP §§1402.01, 1402.01(e).

 

Any future amendments to the description of goods and/or services must be within the scope of the description set forth in this Examiner’s Amendment.  See 37 C.F.R. §2.71(a); TMEP §1402.07(e).
