To the Commissioner for Trademarks:

Application serial no. 76714424 ATD AMERICAN TRUCK DEALERS A DVISION OF NADA (Stylized and/or with Design, see ) has been amended as follows:

Applicant proposes to amend the mark as follows:

The applicant is not claiming color as a feature of the mark.
The mark consists of a stylized truck with the letters "ATD" stacked on top of the words "American Truck Dealers," which is stacked on top of the words "A Division of NADA".

Applicant proposes to amend the following class of goods/services in the application:

Section 1051(a), as amended. The mark was first used at least as early as 10/00/2008 and first used in commerce at least as early as 10/00/2008 , and is now in use in such commerce.

There appears to have been a transcription error. On the USPTO page, next to "word mark" the mark is listed as "ATD American Truck Dealers A Dvision of NADA." The word "Dvision" is missing the first "i." As shown in the word & design mark, it should be "Division of NADA," not "Dvision of NADA."
