Trademark Rule 2.66, 37 C.F.R. §2.66; TMEP §1714. You are hereby provided THIRTY DAYS from the mailing date of this notice to complete your petition by submitting the requirements identified below. If the required item(s) are not received on or before the expiration of the thirty-day period, the petition will be denied, without consideration on the merits and the application will remain abandoned. 37 C.F.R. §2.66.
A complete response to the Office action issued by the Examining Attorney on October 20, 2008, must be submitted. The response must be signed by a practitioner authorized to practice before the Office pursuant to 37 C.F.R. §11.14 (see TMEP §§602 et seq.), or by someone with legal authority to bind the applicant if the applicant is not represented by an authorized practitioner. See TMEP §712.
It is unclear whether Applicant received the Office Action dated October 20, 2008. If not, this should be clearly stated for the record. A response need not be submitted if the Office Action was never received.
