To the Commissioner for Trademarks:

The following is submitted for registration number. 3506843 :

DECLARATION UNDER C.F.R. §2.20

 The owner was using the mark in commerce on or in connection with the goods and/or services identified in the registration for which use of the mark in commerce is claimed, as evidenced by the submitted specimen, during the relevant period for filing the 6-year Section 8. The undersigned, being hereby warned that willful false statements and the like so made are punishable by fine or imprisonment, or both, under 18 U.S.C. §1001, and that such willful false statement may jeopardize the validity of this document, declares that s/he is properly authorized to execute this document on behalf of the owner, and all statements made of his/her own knowledge are true and that all statements made on information and belief are believed to be true.

DECLARATION UNDER SECTIONS 8 & 15

I, David A. Pascarella, declare that I am the Attorney of Record of Greenhouse Salad Inc., a New York corporation, and am authorized to make this declaration on behalf of said corporation; that said corporation is the owner of the above-identified registration issued on September 30, 2008 , as shown by records in the United States Patent and Trademark Office; and that said mark shown therein has been in continuous use in interstate commerce for five consecutive years from the date of said registration to the present on all the services recited in the Certificate of Registration; that said mark is still in use in interstate commerce on all the services recited in the Certificate of Registration as evidenced by the attached specimens; that there has been no final decision adverse to registrant's claim of ownership of said mark, to its right to register the same or maintain it on the register; and that there is no proceeding involving any of said rights pending and not disposed of either in the Patent and Trademark Office or in the courts.

I declare further that all statements made herein are true and that these statements were made with the knowledge that willful, false statements and the like are punishable by fine or imprisonment, or both under Section 1001 of Title 18 of the United States Code, and that such willful, false statements may jeopardize the validity of this document and the registration to which it relates.
