EXPLANATION OF FILING
This filing is to request correction of the owner's state of formation.  Specifically, as a result of a scrivener's error, the owner was mistakenly listed in the application to register the mark as a North Carolina corporation.  This error has recently come to the attention of Registrant.  The error was made on the part of Registrant but was made in good faith without an intention to deceive.  The Registrant is and has always been a Georgia corporation.  Registrant respectfully requests that the records be corrected to reflect that it is a Georgia corporation and not a North Carolina corporation.
