EXPLANATION OF FILING

Registrant requests an amendment to U.S. Registration No. 3256786 to correct the legal name of the Registrant. When the application for registration was filed in 2004, the Registrant’s legal name was mistakenly listed “Get Up, LLC". When the application was first filed in 2004, the true legal name for the registrant was “GU, LLC”. In 2014, there was a minor clerical change to the legal name to add a space between G and U. Thus, the true legal name of the entity is now “G U, LLC”. No such entity with the name of “Get Up, LLC” has existed in the State of South Carolina since the application was filed. Thus, this amendment is to correct a typographical error in the Registrant’s name and is not a change in title or ownership to this registration. Registrant asserts that this error occurred in good faith. No Office error is alleged. Please issue an updated registration certificate.
