This is the fifth extension request.   The applicant has made the following ongoing efforts to use the mark in commerce on or in connection with each of those goods and/or services covered by the extension request: Applicant is still developing its plans for use of the mark with all the goods and services identified in the Notice of Allowance and advertising and promotional materials therefor. Applicant has a bona fide continuing intention to use the mark.
