NO CONFLICTING MARK FOUND

The examining attorney has searched the Office records and has found no similar registered or pending mark which would bar registration under Trademark Act Section 2(d), 15 U.S.C. §1052(d). TMEP §704.02.

However, the following must be addressed before the mark can be published for opposition in the Official Gazette.

INFORMALITIY

Identification of Goods

The applicant must clarify the identification of goods by indicating whether “wirebound notebooks, binders, and binder dividers” are part of the good to be included in the identification of goods. TMEP §1402.01.
