Translation of the Mark

The English translation of the term Toyota is Richfield.

 

Claim of Prior Ownership

The applicant is owner of U.S. Registration Nos. 0843138, 1274261, 1340581, 1589552 and others.

 

Lining Statement

The lining appearing in the mark is a feature of the mark and not intended to indicate color.

 

 

 

PRIORITY ACTION

 

This case will be given priority as an amended case if you respond to the requirements stated below within two months.

 

Description of the Mark

The applicant must submit a concise description of the mark.  37 C.F.R. Section 2.35; TMEP § 808 et seq.  If accurate, the applicant may adopt the following description:

            The mark consists in part of a highly stylized representation of an engine cylinder.
