The goods and or/services that are not in use remain in the original (parent) application, serial number 76517794. Any further extensions of time or Statement of Use should be filed in the original (parent) serial number.

Applicant is advised that the time period for filing a Statement of Use does not change with the filing of a request to divide. For the original (parent) application, Applicant must continue to file extension requests or a Statement of Use before the expiration of any previous extension period. 37 C.F.R. §§2.88(a) and 2.89(a).
