RE: Serial No. 76/486879
Applicant: Core Element Venture, Inc.
Dear Mr. Tingley:
In furtherance of our conversation of today, please amend the above referenced application as follows:
1) Identification of Goods:
Please replace identification of goods as follows"
"Sports articles and replacement parts therefor, namely, ice skates, hockey skates, ice skates blades; hockey sticks, hockey stick shafts, hockey goaltender sticks, hockey stick replacement blades,
hockey pucks, hockey helmets, hockey gloves, ice hockey goalie pads, in International Class 28."
2) Literature:
It is unclear from the examiner's action what literature or explanation is being requested. The applicant has filed the application as an intent to use application with the intention to use the
mark on hockey equipment. Specifically, the applicant intends to use the mark on hockey skates and other hockey equipment.
3) Significance:
The applicant is not aware of any significance of the word "Kor" in the relevant trade or industry. As discussed with the examining attorney, the word "Kor" is suggestive of an attitude, such as
what is known as "hard core."
Very truly yours,
Ramon L. Pizarro
