AMENDMENT(S) AUTHORIZED: As authorized by Susan Smith on July 21,2 006, the application is amended as noted below. If applicant disagrees with or objects to any of the amendments below, please notify the undersigned trademark examining attorney immediately. Otherwise, no response is necessary. TMEP §707.
Identification of Goods :
The identification of goods is amended to read as follows:
Class 17: valve of rubber for use in dispensing closures for containers
Class 20: Valved dispensing closure for containers, not of metal
Applicant must respond to each refusal and/or requirement raised below. If applicant responds to the issues below within two months of the above mailing or e-mailing date, this case will be given priority handling. TMEP §§708.01 and 708.05.
Applicant has indicated that it will pay the required fee for the added international class. 37 C.F.R. §2.86(a)(2); TMEP §§810.0l, 1401.04, 1401.04(b) and 1403.01.
The filing fee for adding classes to an application is as follows:
$325 per class, when the fees are submitted with a response filed online via the Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) at http://www.gov.uspto.report/teas/index.html; and
$375 per class, when the fees are submitted with a paper response.
