Kindly amend the above-identified registration to change the name of the registrant from SILIMED to SILIMED - SILICONE E INSTRUMENTAL MÉDICO-CIRÚRGICO E HOSPITALAR LTDA. The party having applied for the above-identified mark is in fact the owner of the mark, but there was a mistake in the manner in which the registrant was set out in the application. Specifically, the registrant was identified by its trade name SILIMED, whereas, the registrant's correct legal name is SILIMED - SILICONE E INSTRUMENTAL MÉDICO-CIRÚRGICO E HOSPITALAR LTDA. The mistake occurred in good faith.
